About Us
Novelty Cakes, based in Quedgeley,
About the
Designer Eshwary Rajani started her cake making and decorating career after finishing a comprehensive cake making course
back in 2000. After a three year break, which she devoted for her graduation studies she is back in business. She started making cakes for friends and family as a hobby which led to starting her own cake making and decorating
business. Now residing in Kingsway, Quedgeley she caters for all occasions from birthdays to corporate events.
Product Information All our products are home-made and produced
in the kitchen certified by Gloucester City Council. The designer has successfully completed a programme of training and an
assessment which concluded the course of Level 2 Award in Food
Safety in Catering which was conducted by Gloucestershire City Council on behalf of Chartered Institute of Environmental
Health. All our cakes come in suitable cake boxes and where possible the cake boards used are home-made. Our sugar modelling
figurines may or may not contain cocktails sticks to support the design wherever required. Stacked cakes will be supported
by dowel rods to ensure balance and to spread the weight evenly. Care must be taken when cutting and serving such cakes. Any allergies or intolerances to particular ingredient must be notified to the designer at the time of booking.
